Victoria Celeste is a dynamic and multifaceted force in the world of personal and professional transformation. Army Veteran Victoria Celeste is the heart and soul behind 19th and Bell, a Certified Life Coach, Published Author, Creator of Proper Men’s Skincare, and CEO of Celeste Noir Interiors- a 19th and Bell company specializing in interior style design. Drawing from a rich tapestry of experiences, she has built a career that spans fashion, coaching, and wellness.
Victoria founded 19th and Bell Lifestyle Consulting to empower and inspire individuals to live purposefully and authentically, helping them break through personal barriers and achieve their goals. Her journey has not been without challenges, yet each obstacle fueled her determination to serve and make an impact. Victoria has overcome personal adversity, including the loss of loved ones, escaping a domestic abuse, and navigating the complex journey of healing and self-discovery.
With a deep-rooted commitment to her faith, as well as her personal and professional growth, Victoria holds a degree in ministry, a bachelor’s in business management from Ohio Christian University, a master’s certification in Life and Business Coaching from Grand Canyon University, and an Executive DEI certification from Cornell University.
Victoria is also passionate about advocating for domestic violence rehabilitation and working toward ending world hunger. Her diverse professional achievements have made her a sought-after consultant for high-profile corporations, while her authentic leadership style continues to inspire and transform the lives of many.
When she’s not empowering others or developing her latest projects, Victoria cherishes family time, embraces her faith, and enjoys the soothing presence of the ocean.
